Through Their Eyes is operated by Grow With Cat from Singapore. Using it means we're agreeing on a few kind, common-sense things.
You own your reflections
Anything you create here — your reflections, the responses gathered inside them, and the AI Reflection Letters woven from them — belongs to you. We hold it carefully; we never claim it as ours.
How AI is involved
To generate your Reflection Letter, Through Their Eyes processes the responses shared with you through trusted AI providers. AI's role is to help weave the perspectives together — never to replace them. See our AI Principles.
Invite people you genuinely know
Through Their Eyes is built for authentic relationships. Please only invite people you actually know and who would welcome your invitation. Cold outreach, spam, or scraping contacts is not what this is for.
Kindness required
No harassment. No impersonation. No abusive language. No content that targets, threatens, or belittles anyone. We take these seriously — accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended without notice.
AI reflections are for personal reflection
Reflection Letters are meant to invite curiosity and self-understanding. They are not clinical, diagnostic, or a substitute for professional advice. If a subject matters deeply, please speak with a qualified person.
Your account
Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Suspension and closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the platform, or put other people at risk. Where possible we'll explain why.
Availability, and things going wrong
We do our best to keep Through Their Eyes available and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect. Where the law allows, Through Their Eyes is provided "as is" and Grow With Cat is not liable for indirect losses that arise from using it.
Governing spirit
These terms are interpreted according to the laws of Singapore — but our first principle is always kindness. If something feels unclear, please reach out and we'll talk it through.
Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before the changes take effect.
